Although urpay’s digital store offered voucher products, users often struggled to find relevant items or navigate easily due to a lack of structure and discovery features. As a result, users missed opportunities to engage with the store, leading to lower satisfaction and fewer completed purchases. While revamping the experience, I was also tasked with designing for future physical product integration, ensuring the new flows could support both digital and physical purchases without disrupting the simplicity and clarity of the digital-first experience.
The Goal
The main goal was to revamp the urpay store experience to make it easier, faster, and more enjoyable for users to browse, discover, and purchase digital products — while laying a scalable foundation for future physical product integration. To align with modern UX practices, I introduced dark mode, AI-driven personalization, lively yet brand-consistent colors, meaningful microcopy, and subtle animations, creating a smoother, more dynamic and user-centered experience.
